Victoria is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
She is a commercially minded legal practitioner with experience in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, banking, and property transactions. She advises clients on a broad range of legal and business matters, delivering practical, client-focused solutions aligned with their commercial objectives.
Prior to joining Bosker LP, Victoria advised corporate clients on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. She has been involved in corporate restructuring transactions, regulatory advisory work, contract negotiations, and high-value commercial disputes.
Victoria holds an LL.B. degree from Igbinedion University, Okada, and a Barrister-at-Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and is committed to delivering excellent legal services with professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail.
